Anyone have any recommendations for headers for the c2 big block non side pipe cars. I'm considering moving from the stock manifold to headers for a bit more hp.

The L78 breathes a lot better with 2 inch primaries and 3 1/2 inch collectors. And if you want them to sound worth a crap when uncorked, get equal length headers. The shorties and cheapo 139$ specials wont do it justice. You get what you pay for. Hooker Super Competition worked well for me
If you don't mind spending some money, and want something really impressive, take a look at the offerings from Ultimate Headers. This is a company started by the father and son pair, that originally started the Corsa Exhaust company.
I've been working with them on a set of headers for a 69 big block Camaro resto-mod, a customer of mine is building. We're using an aftermarket subframe with rack & pinion steering, and were having issues finding headers that would clear the steering column/shaft/double universal combination we are using. They actually sent us a set of headers that were tack welded together, to test fit, and then send back to them for final welding and polishing (we went with polished stainless headers).
They're headers aren't cheap, but they're great people to work with, and make a quality product!
