C'mon, Ray - surely not? But I suppose anything's possible.
Somebody has to have a set of original knock-off wheel use instructions here?
OP, until either your search of this site locates those instructions, or someone else does that homework search for you, I would not touch them. Unfamiliarity with their use can result in some expensive and potentially hazardous events.
Welcome to the CF. We are not equiped with a crystal ball. I will guess, you are referring to knockoff wheels, but please give us details such as year, model and maybe some pics of the wheels in question. Dennis
Here are some helpful hints that will serve you well:
1. Fill out your profile, with location, year, body style car, transmission.
2. Put the year of the car in your question to help get better answers.
3. Post a picture of the item in question (wheel in this case).
4. Be specific and be wordy. The forum doesn't charge by the word.
5. This one will be the most helpful. Find someone near you who is familiar with Corvette wheels. For example, if you have a 65 with knockoff wheels, you have a specific procedure to remove the wheel. If you have a 65 with bolt-on knockoff wheels, It's a different procedure. If you have spinner hubcaps, they remove like any other hubcap wheel, pop off the cap and take off the lug nuts. There was a recent thread where the owner didn't know about the anti-theft pins and beat the spinner until he stripped it. Even more serious, if you don't install them back properly, the wheel can be damaged, the spinner can fly off, and/or the tire and wheel fall off damaging your car and maybe other cars.
If you are intent on doing this without someone familiar helping, go to Willcox Corvette's or Corvette Central's website and read the specific instructions for the wheel you have.
If your question is sincere and you want to learn, welcome to the forum and don't be reluctant to ask for help. BUT, provide some information to allow the proper help.
I'm the guy who mercilessly beat the spinner not knowing or researching the proper removal method !!! Cost me $ 100. + And the embarrassment of asking how to PROPERLY remove a SPINNER. Good Luck. LOL

As others have mentioned, a bit more information will help us, to help you, with some more meaningful answers.
Is this what your wheels look like by chance?
These are most often referred to as Knock-Off's, but the term can be misleading. Some are actually Knock-Off's while others outwardly look the same, but are actually bolt-on wheels. You'll want to determine which you have before you start.
Pictures can help a lot, and we do love pictures...
