Worth checking the headlight switch. I had to spray mine with contact cleaner just last week for the same problem.

In order to get dash lights you have to have two fuses in place. If EITHER the tail light fuse or the instr fuse is missing or open you'll get no dash lights. Also the headlight switch must be in the park or on position and the dimmer must be rotated away from the off position. If all that is good, check the voltage on both the left and right sides of the tail light fuse AND the voltage on both the left and right sides of the instr fuse and post back what you get and I can possibly tell you where you're losing it. Measure on the clips that hold the fuse and not the fuse itself.
If the tailights work, you might check the dark green wire where it plugs into the headlight switch. Sometimes it will pop out of the holder when you push the connector onto the switch. Post back your voltage results from above and we'll know.

P. S. You could also have a bad dimmer rheostat in the headlight switch, try running it up and down a few times, but again the voltage will tell us
