Super sharp color combo and super high quality build. Still it pulled about twice what I thought it would. Congrats!!!

Thanks guys! The week was amazing, met a ton of very cool guys, and hopefully made a few more friends.
Both cars brought real good money, and all of the restomods were strong. But the trailer isn’t empty on the ride home, bought a ‘86 Ferrari 328 GTS early yesterday morning and bought a ‘63 split window restomod at the very end Of the auction.
The 328 is a very nice 22,000 mile car red with black int.
The ‘63 has a built LS3 with 650 HP, it’s red with black trim and bumpers. It’s going to get completely rebuilt, SRIII chassis, paint interior and restore all of the trim.
On the road headed home, only 1,200 miles left to go!

Profit?
Just out of an over abundance of curiosity, did you guys make any real money on the sales? You must have had a ton of money into the cars, then the expenses of transportation, hotels, meals, consignment and related costs. Was it worth it in your opinion? Will/would you do it again?

Having lived in sin city, Las Vegas, for many years and experiencing the type of "adrenalin rushes" of which you describe, I just don't know how your heart holds up--not to speak of your sanity! My experience suggests that I should have a lot of stock in the companies that make Tums and omeprazole !
I really admire that type of grit, determination and joy of life. Keep it up!!
Again, way to go!

Restomods brought far more money than the originals. For the record, my 67 is original. It makes me feel better about driving it simply because if by chance I destroy the original motor, the value of the car may not get destroyed.
Anyway, congratulations on your sale. It’s awesome.
