That makes me tired just looking at that mess.

The fact that that car is even capable of selling for anywhere close to that amount is evidence that the values of these cars are not softening.

They are cars that wore out, got wrecked or were unusable for some reason and ended up behind a barn or in a scrap yard. Maybe there are parts that can be salvaged or the entire car brought back to life. You wouldn't think a thing about it if it wasn't a Corvette. There are millions of them sitting somewhere and you can't shoot all the people that put them there. I am sure we have all gotten rid of a car that ended up scrapped and we could have brought it back to life if we thought it made sense monetarily.
