I believe CF member Mr. Wizzard has produced a few sets also.
As with most parts for a replica Grand Sport, the unique parts are pretty much one-offs.

I bought a set from TheGanzman here on the forum back in 2013 ... He may remember the company he bought them from ... Someone was making them at that time ... Pricey though ...
