this weekend if someone has the Headlight Bezel off could you grab a pic so i can see how they attached the springs. The 66 AIM is kind of lacking in that regard. I'm into that box and surprisingly not missing much after 20+ years but a great jigsaw puzzle. All the exterior parts are painted and in place (except the front Bezel) so i'm down to the lights themselves.

so mine is a little different. does the spring hook up to the Bulb retainer or the Bezel?? The bulb retainer is thin stuff and the hook over the Bezel MAY contact the light Bulb. see pics
There's an inside and outside bulb cup. Do you have yours in the correct spots? Makes a difference on how the outer trim ring goes on. The outer cup will be stamped "2" and "00" on two ears. The inner cups are stamped "1" and "86". Bill
