Default Alignment question

1964 Convertible, 4 speed, 327-300.

I just completed a power steering upgrade on my car. Got the kit from Corvette America. I compared the center link to the old one and they're identical as far as the holes for the tie rod ends and steering piston are concerned. My question is do I need to go back for an alignment if I didn't move the tie rod ends in any way? The alignment should be the same, correct? Thanks.

Anytime you replace a component on the front suspension, you should check the alignment. The toe in is the only thing that could need adjustment

You can measure toe in your garage with a tape measure. If it's the ballpark and the steering wheel is straight, no need to adjust.
