Question for the masses and showing my lack of knowledge:
What's the odds of the Body Build Date and the Engine Build Date being exactly the same date? Guess it happens, ...just don't think I'd ever run across it before.
AOS body or St Louis? If the body was built at AOS and the engine at Flint and both shipped to St Louis for assembly, I can think of a scenario. Is the vin birthday a little later?

St. Louis - Assembly date 12 days later. All seems to time out right, just found it a little strange. Maybe not?
BTW, thanks for your electrical help a couple of years back. Had to go with a new wiring harness. Just too much corrosion in too many places.

Entirely plausible.
My '65's has a final assembly date of 1 June, 1965, with an AOS body built on May 19th, 1965. The original engine is missing, but could have easily have been assembled at Flint on 19 May as well.
I'm building a 327 with a May 14th engine assembly date, with a May 13th, last hour of second shift casting date.
