Currently have the cluster out of my 64, noticed that the back had #26
in red crayon would this be the job # for this car? No other sticker just a part # and a date of Apr 8/64 also.

Is there anything written on the bird cage behind the cluster. That is typically where you will find the job number. Along with other areas on the car

Just looked on cross member no # on there, this is an AO Smith car if
that makes a difference.

Does the job number on the AO Smith cross member have anything to do with trim tag body number?

I don't think so, the job number was the factory tracking number during a production day - they ran up to the number 500 and then started over... Unrelated to the TT body number IMO. My 63's job number is 334...its on the splash shield and both doors in crayon...
