Default Interior rear view mirror?

Will the interior 67 day night mirror fit on the 63-66 rear view mirror bracket?

I am looking at the Late 67 mirror....

The 67 mirror mount to the header bracket is different (breakaway stem) but I think the actual mounting point for the mirror is the same as 63-66.

Perfect, that was what I needed to know...the mirror mounting point. Thank you!

Yes, it'll work. Been there, done that.

I had a later day and night mirror on my 63 for a few years, but it vibrated badly at high rpm. The 63 mirror is much heavier and the mass keeps the mirror stable.

When you drive a Sting Ray, who cares what is behind you as long as they are behind you.

Don't forget the little formed sheet metal bushing that goes in the hole in the mirror support or you'll NEVER get the mirror to tighten up and sit still.
