Manual trans idling in neutral around 15" @ 600. That's a very good cam... an excellent combination of low end torque and top end power... closer to the SB L-79 cam than the base engine "300 HP" cam.
If you want "more power" and revs you are better off massaging the heads, which will accomplish that objective with no effect on idle behavior and low end torque.
You should check your idle vacuum to see if it is near the above. If not, it probably doesn't have an OE equivalent cam.
