1967 Coupe followed me home
The latest. It's been 20 years since I've owned a mid-year coupe. All convertibles in between. I guess with maturity (or just age), I just wanted a clean little small block 4 speed coupe this time. This fixed roof car is so tight. Never abused base car, never apart. Gaps and body lines just like I like them. Favorite color, Marina Blue, Bright Blue

I've never had anything like that follow me home. That's one gorgeous '67 coupe IMCO one of the absolute best color combinations available. Enjoy!

That looks great, but it isn't "yours" until you start in with the "improvements". Have you got a list of changes you are about to start on that we can review?
You bought her for you, not anyone else, so don't hesitate to tell us how you intend to make her more comfortable, safe, and more like modern cars, for you.
I'd be afraid to drive it as it is. Can't see out of it, horrible seats, unsafe seat belts, radio sucks, has to have head rests, tires are too skinny, yada yada.
You know the drill. There are lots of improvements to make. Let's hear about all the modifications that you have planned.
Baloney Paul,
I've got a Sawzall I'm happy to loan out if need be.

Haha...Beautiful coupe! Don's just grumpy about the fact that I bought a stock '64 and added seats with headrests, 3 point seat belts, and disc brakes....all of which were factory options the following year....and yes it involved a sawz-all

The car looks great. Nothing like a well sorted out small block coupe

Jeff, where did you find that thing? Local?
You didn't find it in Kinston, did you? I can't see him parting with anything that nice...

No, didn't find anything like it in Kinston. Found in Statesville, NC.
Sold new at Hoehn Chevrolet in Memphis, TN. Owner history shows it in MS when new, then Spartanburg, SC, and Statesville, NC. Long time owner from SC restored it in 1994-1995. The restorer was the same guy that restored the black/red 66 convertible I bought about 8 years ago. The only thing I've done to this car is freshen up the engine detail.
