About to start re-installing all of the items into the doors of my '63 roadster, and have a few questions.....
Is it easier to do this when the door is hanging on the car?
Outer seal strip installs first?
Then vent window assembly?
Then rear window channel?
Then window mech?
Then glass with bottom channel already attached?
Finally, the opening & lock mechanisms?
These are just my thoughts, so please pass on any suggestions to avoid having to undo and redo too many steps.
It's been awhile since dis-assembly, and my notes have gone "poof".
Firstgear,
Thanks so much for your quick response, really appreciated.
Your tips, along with the link to Frankie's earlier post, should be all I need.
You fellows are a wealth of information, and are so willing to share your experiences.
Bill.
