Can't tell from your pic. but if the yolk extends into the transmission far enough to be fully supported by the tail shaft bushing, you're fine. Here's a pic. of how they looked with an original trans. and yolk.
Are you making any HP ?? Then reason I ask is, that looks like the skinny 2" driveshaft. I just had a new shaft made for my 60 and the shop wanted 1/2 to 3/4" between the yoke and seal. I run my car pretty hard so I went with a 2 3/4" shaft . BTW most of the C-3 shafts I looked at were 2 1/2 "

Hey Pop,
I'm "hoping" to make some horsepower. Somewhere near 400. It's an original 340 hp car, with the original motor, heads etc. I did remain with a solid cam, but changed the specs a bit to gain some torque a bit sooner than stock. Also, enlarged the valves to the 2.02, unshrouded the chambers, and quite a bit of head work on the flow. So it should be at least 375, and hopefully closer to 400.
But you're right, it is a 2" driveline. And I definitely don't pamper the cars when I drive them!
Remember that 250hp Powerglides and 560hp L-88's all used the SAME driveshaft.
If you set it up with too much penetration (inadequate gap between the front of the yoke and the end of the extension housing), you won't be able to remove it unless you pull the body or cut the driveshaft.

Thanks John,
Honestly I think I'm getting down into the weeds a little too much! At the very most, I could probably only have it extended about 1/2".
I'm thinking I'm just going to go with it as it is.
Also, thanks for the information on the driveshaft diameter. Again....I start over-thinking things when I really don't need to.
