Unfortunately, the area that hotel is located in has become a bit run down since the airport built the new terminal which is accessed from the west end of the airport off of I70. The old terminal and the hotels on the east end haven't fared well from the new terminal location. All of the new hotels are located at the Plainfield exit further west of the airport. Just one of the things that makes the speedway not such a great spot for Bloomington Gold is the lack of nice hotels close to the track, they just don't exist.

Congratulations to the owners on the recovery of their beautiful fuelie, 1 in a million odds of that happening!

One Reason I have these in My HUMMER H2 and Corvette...I know where they are...When they Stop...When they move ..at what Time and can see them on Map or Satellite. I get texted if it moves or stops along with an email to my home computer.

Even can get the route from where it was to where it is...Plus Much more.. a $140.00 one time investment with no monthly fees.
The company is ... gpsit.com A large Fleet Tracking Supply company.

Here's the Amazon Link....look at all the pic's when you mouse over them...VERY IMPRESSIVE!!

You and they say no monthly fee but the description says "1 Year Service" so I would read that to mean that there is a fee after the year is up???
I just read a little further and it is a $99. per year charge after the first year. So you can serve it up however you want to but it is $8.25 per month after the first year.

Driven away. The thieves ripped the ignition wires out from the switch and hot wired it.

I spoke with Gary last night.

The car is safely home, and the insurance company is behind him 100%. He will end up with a much nicer car when all is said and done, plus a great story to tell.

Gary is also writing up the story of the theft, recovery, and restoration.

Congrats to Gary and his wife.
