I also have a 3756519 block with the following on the stamp pad 'F914E', assume it's a flint block cast in 59 but what is the 14E?

Thanks Nowhere Man, I've had that pretty well much worked out as well but there doesn't seem to be an E suffix code in 1959 and ideas about the E .... is it turboglide truck (doesn't work for 59 though)??

Great, thanks that confirms it; E is for two barrel carb engine mated to a turboglide - Truck more than likely. Thanks for helping me out.

Don't know where you got your suffix code info shown above but I gave this one a crack: http://johnscabin.com/tuff/Engine-co...gine-Codes.htm
