Default 64 Console repair kit
How do you remove shifter pattern and shifter surround? Do you apply heat with a hair dryer?

I have the console out of the car (1964). I also ordered the paint and cleaner.

All I did was stick a sharp object under the edge and pry it up since it was no good. Dennis
