Default Rear Stabilizer Bar Mounting

Was the rear stabilizer bar frame spacer plate used on all HD suspension setups or just the big block cars?

The sway bar was only installed on big block cars from the factory, however the two pairs of holes in the frame are present on all C2 frames and threaded on some ‘65 and all ‘66 and ‘67. For the unthreaded holes, the aftermarket offers special ubolts and reinforcement plates that enable you to bolt the frame brackets to the frame.
