I'm not sure that is what he is referring to. But as written and pictured it is not clear exactly what he is referring to. It may be something on the vertical surface frame rail at the coil pocket area. Who knows?

Geez, he’s talking about the pock mark on the frame. They all have them. Best I can figure is it was part of the weld up of the coil spring pocket.
