I my opinion the stamps seems to be original, your thoughts?

From the very poor picture you posted you were able to conclude these two stamps were done at Tonawanda NY and St. Louis MO when this engine and car was built and are authentic original stamps? Man your good. I wish these old eyes were as good as yours.
