1962 corvette rear axle removal
I am looking for help on removing the rear axle on my 1962 corvette. I have the four bolts off from the axle housing. How is the best way to put the axle out?

You need a sliding hammer axle puller usually available for free at your local O’Reilly’s or Autozone.

Sometimes a little tug and they come right out. Don't forget to replace the gasket when putting back together.
