I am sad to hear Roy passed away. He always had some interesting posts plus lots of cool post with corvette accessories. I will miss his posts. I wish I could have driven to his place in grass valley.

Very sad news, indeed.
Needless to say, Roy's '55 was special.. I was fortunate to see Roy's car at an NCRS event being held in San Jose some years ago. A real standout... RIP

I originally met Roy at an NCRS meet 25 years ago. Great enthusiast, always there for me, I learned a lot from him. RIP my friend.

RIP Roy. He helped me with my '56 several years ago and even though his real expertise was '53-'55, he knew so much more.

Sorry to hear this news for sure. His car is very pretty and I love the color. I remember he mentioned going on an extended Hawaii vacation a while back.
If you have to go, he did it right, enjoying life with his family.

A really nice post by Roy recently when he decided to sell 55 copper, great photos and information.
I am guessing he knew something when it went up for sale but that is my guess only. It shows he poured his heart into this car.
