65 Rear axle code question
I am trying to determine the specs of the rear axle in my 65 chassis. I think I have found the code but it does not seem to be one of the common codes that is on all of the lists that are available for referencing. Perhaps Im getting it from the wrong location of the rear. Laying on my back, looking straight up at the bottom of the rear, small narrow pad on the housing (leaf spring runs parallel to it the pad/stampings). All I have is a clearly stamped k (one blank space) 7 (two or three blanks spaces) 1 (about 8 blank spaces) 5.
