I want to thank everyone on this forum who has provided input and inspiration. Today I finally dropped my 57 body onto my Corvette Correction chassis.

Many thanks to Billy Dawson too as he patiently still keeps my number in his phone and takes my calls for guidance anytime (I am respectful of normal business hours).

Still a lot of work to do, but one huge thing I have learned is that there aren't many body shops out there willing to take on this kind of work so you have to learn yourself. The good thing about fiberglass is if you screw up you just sand it and do it again. It's messy work, but very rewarding.

Looking great! Pics 8&9 had me doing a double take. I thought whoa he had to cut the firewall pretty good for clearance where I hadn't seen an issue. I'm not too sure about the blower set up though!

Lol on the blower.

No, no cutting of the firewall. In fact the driveline has so much clearance because the Corvette Correction chassis has the driveline about 2" lower than stock.
