With the welded on valve cover tabs,and blue paint peeking through, I suspect it is a target motor.

That crankcase breather element jammed into the pcv valve hole is awesome, never seen that hack before.

I think you are reading it wrong. The link takes you to a page that tells you the listing has been ended, so it suggested a similar sale... that’s the one in primer. Click on “view original item” for the one we are “reviewing” here.
