2025 C2 of the Year ('64-'66) Finalist - Unmodified
Default Upper control arm stud nuts

It looks like 63-65 used tall nuts and lock washers on the upper control arm studs and 66-67 use a different nut without a lock washer. Can someone with an AIM confirm this please?

I only have the '63 assembly manual

lock washer 186418
nut 3722853
Assembly manual does not give size/dimensions

They're cheap, buy both year ranges

That's correct - if you had an Assembly Manual or an NCRS Judging Guide, that's what it would tell you. '63-'65 used a conventional 3722853 hex nut and split lock washer, '66-up used a prevailing-torque 9422300 lock nut without a lock washer.
