Help with engine vibration

1965 327-350hp no power steering. Has idler on drivers side, alternator on passenger side. So I have a vibration in the engine, very noticeable around 2000 rpm’s. Even with the car not moving, in neutral, clutch in or out. I disconnected both belts and it went away. I replaced alternator belt only and the vibration returned. Any suggestions?

Possible warped water pump pulley or fan has a bent blade or two. Never heard of an alternator getting out of balance but suppose it's possible

The Take the alt. belt off and install the idler belt.
Still vibrates, change the water pump.
No vibration, change the alternator.
Not resolved, remove fan.
