Default adjustable steering column

Hello,
I have a question about the adjustable steering column.
My C2 has the number: 194677S113xxx and was built in spring 1967. I read in several reports that the steering column of this last model should be adjustable.

Can anyone confirm this or is it a wrong representation, because I find with the best will in the world no possibility of adjustment.

For the model 67 there is e.g. in the interior the handbrake in the middle tunnel, lockable backrests, hazard warning light switch at the steering column etc..

Alfred

Thanks for the information; no wonder that I did not find it.

Maybe there was some confusion because the 67 was the first ones with a collapsible column in a collision.

If your column looks like this, you will see the locking lever just behind the horn button. If you don't have that lever, then you have a standard column.

It was option N36, and cost $42.15 at the time. There were only 2415 cars made/sold with that option during the 67 model year.
