Unless your are intimately familiar with Rochester Fuel Injection systems, the best advice I can provide is contact one of the well known FI restorers. Many of then also have used and / or restored units for sale, or know of the location of good, complete units that can be purchased.
Way too many of these old Rochester systems have been molested / scavenged / modified / ruined over the years. It really takes an expert in these systems to look at a used unit (or worse, a series of photos) and determine if that unit has the correct parts and is reasonably restorable.
I looked for quite some time before I located a 1964 7380 unit that had the correct parts, appeared to be unmolested, and was complete. It was still a gamble, and it turned out that my unit's plenum had a couple of hairline cracks, but they were easily repaired by my FI restorer.
I would point you at the following people, and ask them if they have, or can locate a correct 1959 unit for you. Once they do locate a unit for you, have them do the restoration. Good used Rochester Fuel Injection units are not cheap, and the restoration by a top notch restorer is also not cheap, but you will be money (and aggravation) ahead in the long run.

Take a look at the parts for sale section in this website, www.jerrybramlett.net, this will give you an idea. Be very careful many units you find will be an accumulation of parts of various years. Spend some time researching what you are looking for.

The actual unit you need will depend on when your car was built. If you can provide the VIN of your car, I am sure we can tell you what unit would best match your car from an originality point of view.

Talk to Jerry Bramlett before you do anything. I don't know the other guys but have done business with Jerry and every time I do something without talking to him first I am sorry. Honest just begins to describe him, very helpful and a nice guy

If you are not in a hurry, I hope to have a FI unit, distributor and metal air cleaner for sale. I have 2 units, one which is to be modified for my project. The other parts will then be for sale. the gentleman reworking the FI stated he recognized the markings on the distributor as High HP 1958 unit. I have the info on the FI unit tags but not ready to list as I don't know which one he wants to use. I have 2 manifolds too and leftover parts from the conversion for sale once my unit is finished.
I met Jim Lockwood years ago at a Truckee CA gathering, he gave me a memorable ride in his very original Blue C1 Fuelie. I saw him a time or two with GS cars and had hoped to help out at track days. He is not too far from me, and if he is interested, I can work with him to see if the setup I have would work for your project.
Timewise, probably August as I estimate June would be too quick for my unit to be modified, then a July vacation. If interested, let me know. thanks.
