62 sun visor problems.......
I twisted one of the visor to wind sheild frame screws a little too tight and it snapped.
Has anyone drilled one of these tiny screws out successfully, and second, has anyone got a spare set of screws for that. Will buy them. All the heads are a little stripped out.

Not off hand, but they're really short and small. Paragon has kits for the whole visor install, but I don't need all that, and there's a few on Ebay but I don't feel like spending 15USD plus shipping for 4 little screws. And another fool has them for 4.95 but charges 17.95 for SHIPPING!!!
This post shows a screw 455475 which I chased to a 10-24 3/8”. The Visor Support screws that came with the visors I bought from another member are longer than 3/8”. The new ones online look correct.
