Yes.......The clips, I believe built (fastened) into that hood rail....Mine had broken off. I noticed when I replaced my Engine Harness. I purchased new (hook) clips an riveted them into those holes that you are showing. Dremelled them flat then spot painted them...It can be a little tight getting a PR gun in place.....Use painters tape where the gun will contact the rail....
