Looking for help with installation of s new soft top on my 58.
Frame is installed but I need to install the rear deck lid clips. There were none installed before so I need the measurements on where to cut them in. Any help - measurements and or pictures or a site to go to would be greatly appreciated.
You might want to contact the folks at Coffman Corvette and talk to them. Ask to speak with Clint if he's available. Great folks and some of the best in the business at installing, restoring and adjusting convertible tops and frames.

Here is a picture of a template that I made years ago. MEASUREMENTS ARE FROM THE BOTTOM. NOTE: FORWARD. Also, if you remove the decklid, and strip the paint, you should be able to see the factory mold markings for the latch cutouts. ALL GM fiberglass for those years have the markings. They only cut the ones that were going to get a soft top. Good luck.
