How do you read these dates?
2 5/16" 2/89 74
2 1/16" 2/89 66
2 1/16" 4/89 66

2nd quarter of 1989 and 4th quarter of 1989

The 74 and 66 are Wittek's numbering system, which I've never been able to figure out.
