Default Radiator Fan Sensor

I am doing some electrical work on a 63 Split that is a wiring nightmare. None of the gauges work, including the oil pressure, no courtesy lights, no tail lights, no dash lights, starts sometimes, ignition switch is in upside down, radiator fan stays on all the time.
Other things, coolant leak at the chrome stat housing, fuel line is run under the upper radiator hose and right on top of where the temp sender should be, 7 blade solid fan and that is only after looking for less than an hour.
My question is what type of sensor do I need for the radiator fan, and is it adjustable?
Thanks,
Joe

Will work with any 12 volt electric fan.

Check out a chevy thermostat housing on rockauto for a 76 camaro or similar year. It has 2 sensor mounting holes and might do the trick for you. Never liked those push in the radiator sensors.

I am still correcting the wiring on this 63. The owner stated the gas gauge needle swings rapidly when driving. So I went to check the sending unit and this is what some one did to the ground. The ground tab broke and they just put a solid wire through the holes and thought that it would make a good ground.
This is only the the tip of the iceberg so far.
