Default DeWitt's still open?

I tried to order a radiator today by calling the number on their website, (517) 548-0600, but couldn't get a human answer. I repeatedly got a generic recorded message that the "mailbox was full and couldn't accept any more messages".

Their radiators are still offered on eBay and by Jeg's and Summit. Do they no longer accept direct orders over the phone?

Hello Jerry. Mr. Dewitt still visits here. Sometime this year he sold his business to a car parts corporation. The product is probably the same quality but its my assumption the customer service would not be.
BTW someone here was trying to reach you recently. If you scroll down you will see his inquiry.

Tony called me yesterday. I offered to talk him through some simple tests if he'd call back while standing next to his car.

Yes, DeWitts is still open and going very strong. The reason it goes to VM is because all the lines are busy. If you can't get through you could try sending John an email. jcdingman@dewitts.com

I just received a perfect DeWitts radiator for my '67. Only took 10 days, good service, very quick shipping.

Just replace the radiator in my 1960 in November, I ordered thru Ecklers but spoke with someone at Dewitts several times during the process. Great radiator, perfect fir got the black finish. Very efficient easy install. Love it. Go Dewitts

Everything was good at DeWitts, as of yesterday (Wednesday). I talked to them yesterday, I had to order a Spal fan/relay harness for a customer. I've spoken to them 3 or 4 times over the last few weeks.

Thats very good to hear. I have had a couple of Dewitts radiators over the years and there is no doubt that they are the best option out there. I hope the new corporate ownership doesnt change the product.

No chance! BTW, I sold the company five years ago and they haven't changed anything. Same people and same location
