Expert needed for frame pics..

I know some of you guys are way more knowledgeable than I am. Being said take a look at these pics and if you can tell, what year you think it’s from.

The guy says a 64, but it has caps for the rear end? Anyway, possible purchase so if you can identify the year I’d be appreciative!

Wolfman, did GM not put a 4 before the S on the frame vins in 64? If not, when did they start putting the year digit?

2020 C1 of the Year Finalist - Modified

The "4" for "1964" shows on the title before the "08" for "Corvette" and "37" for Coupe...All before the "S" designation for "St. Louis"...It was not stamped onto the top of the frame rail on our car when we removed the body from the chassis.

late 64 coupe frame going by the frame gussets at the rear kick ups and the inboard seat belt retaining floor support brackets. also the front cross member does not have the relief for big block crank pully
