1= trans tunnel insulation retainer
2= lower interior door panel clip
3=? guessing brake line clip

#3 looks like oil deflector clips you use to lash valves. I have a set too although I lash my solids with the motor not running now ... no messy oil squirting all over. Bill

I wouldnt have thought of the tans tunnel

Ooooh right! These were in a box with rocker arms so makes sense.

Usually not, unless you you find what they go to and if they need to be replaced. It's like saving the extra bolts and nuts to the patio furniture that you tossed out five years ago.

Phil those lifter clips are useful when lashing valves with the engine running. But as you can imagine if you've never done it, with a valve cover off and the engine idling, oil is squirting up all the push rods to the lifters and its going everywhere. Pre-instaling those clips on the lifters before starting the engine does help to knock down the oil and minimize the mess. But there really is no need to set the valve lash with the engine running other than (maybe) its quicker if you don't count all the time it takes to clean up the mess and re-seal the valve covers when done.
