Am looking for help in determining what the trim piece/pieces for the interior roof back of the headliner are. It's what the dome light is mounted into. Have not had any luck figuring it out after hours on the internet and talking to the good folks at Zips.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The large fiberglas trim piece you are talking about has typically been called, and maybe not totally correct, the Halo Panel. It's aft of the headliner and forward of the rear window and extends down on both sides to the top of the interior quarter panel trim pieces.
I just looked at a vendors listings and while you can still get the rear window surround pieces, I didn't spot the halo panel so maybe it's going to be a used part you need to find. The good part is I think the same halo panel fit most of the midyear Coupes but not sure.
Good luck.

Thanks so much! This is the first time I haven't been able to find a replacement part or even what to call it. Lol The search starts over. Always an adventure!!
Thanks for all the help. Problem solved after your information and pictures. Luckily I found the original after I knew what to look for. 3 years after I brought the car and all the loose parts home I keep finding things I didn't know I have. Lol. It's a real challenge since the interior was gutted before I got it.
Your Coupe looks great. When I bought my 65 Coupe way back in '85 it had big flares and US Mags on it too. Of course mine had the 'optional' but rarely seen 'Air Shock Option' ;-).
