[C1] Front Suspension Stuck

Front Suspension Stuck
I got all 16 nuts off.
Half of them broke off.
All 16 bolts were on top, and nuts were on bottom.
About 14 of the bolts are still stuck in the frame and front cross member.
I think this is why front suspension does not separate and drop down.
What is the best course of action now?

The crossmember is held to the frame rails with those 16 bolts
Take a punch or drift and drive the bolts out
make sure to support the crossmember
You make have to take straps and squeeze the frame rails together gently
if all 16 are out the crossmember will drop right out
