[C1] 54 Temperature sensor/ gauge

54 Temperature sensor/ gauge
Any help on how to possibly get a temperature gauge sensor working? The needle doesn’t move at all. It seems that the 54 is difficult to find so I’m hoping to be able to repair it.

If it is not working and it is connected correctly - the gauge would need sent out and rebuilt
