Mini-Starter
Will a block mounted Mini-Starter fit a 283 block with the stock aluminum bell housing that normally takes the stock nose mounted starter? If so any Mini-Starter recommendations for this application? Thanks.

Yes, provided the 283 block has the correct threaded holes for a block mounted starter.

I was told by Powermaster to look at the p/n 9000 for my application (62 Vette) with the open bottom, but a non-original cast iron bell housing.
I have it, but not needed to try it yet..
