[C2] Key Knock Outs
#2
Yes. I just had keys made for my car and received two NOS keys with the code stamped in the knock out. The gentleman's name is Peter Lindahl. He can be reached at pclindahl@comcast.net. I think he may be ready to retire for good so I don't know how much longer he will be able to help.
You can also contact Jesser's but I've heard the cost is much more.

Thanks. Sent Pete an email. I can’t find anything on “Jessup”. Is that a company name, an individual person’s name, etc? Any more contact info for ‘Jessup”?

Ignore the link above. You're in the best hands possible with Pete. 2nd would be Gary.

Ditto.
Jesser very expensive; was not that pleased with his service; had to send ignition key back for redo;cost me extra postage; didn't re-cut as promised, just tried to make the bad key work.

But OP asked for the information..........so I provided it to him. He can use it as a benchmark to see how more realistic the others are.

EDIT: If I asked you guys which whiskey was best, would you have given me a name of your favorite brand, or declined to give me an answer since drinking whiskey is not always best for my health.

I don't want you drinking whiskey. There will be more for me that way.

I bought 2 ‘63 key blanks from a vendor in Carlisle. Seemed to be a good guy, very knowledgeable. Not sure if he is one of the guys listed above.
He offered to stamp the knock outs but I declined.
Had all the mid year key blanks in a wooden display stand-up case, also a table full of original spark plugs sets in boxes.

your 63 must have a replacement glove box lock cylinder. 63s and 64s used just one key for everything, the hex head ignition style.
