Default How do you replace threaded inserts for battery tray

First I need to know where to find them, can't seem to find them using several vendors web site "search" feature so I must be referring to them incorrectly. The four threaded inserts on the frame for mounting the battery tray. I have one insert whose threads are rusted away and running a tap through it does nothing because there isn't enough material. If I can get a set of 4 I'll replace all of them but don't know what that entails.
Thanks

I’ve always called them rivnut, rivet nut, or nutsert.

Not sure if your looking for the ‘Corvette’ version of these but any nutsert that fits the hole and gives you the right thread size would be good in my book.

Thanks for the help, from the link you sent, those seem to function like sheet rock wall anchors.
