In the 1965 NCRS Judging Guide (page 30) it states "Cars equipped with the optional telescopic column have an "L" bracket turning the **** 90 degrees rearward with the bottom end of the **** facing the driver."
I'm having a problem following the "90 degrees rearward" part of the text.
The attached two pictures is the way mine is installed (I have a telescopic wheel). Is mine correctly installed?
