The red/white interior really “pops” on a red car. I wish my red 65 coupe had it.

A red and white interior should look great and is also “correct” for the car.
The PO had already replaced the door panels and seat covers with new (white). It will be a matter of re-dying the other interior pieces red and replacing the black carpet with red.

Yes, my 64 Rally red had an all red interior and I think it looked good.
A red and white interior should look great and is also “correct” for the car.
