Horn and cigarette lighter stopped working. At the same time? I don’t know for sure, but within a day or so of each other.
Is there a common feed?

I believe you have two separate problems. The horn voltage comes from the red wire at the horn relay that comes up from the starter. The cigar lighter works off the same source as the headlight buckets, headlights, etc. so you would have a lot more issues if that source was bad. Neither are fused. I think you probably have a bad lighter, or corroded or missing connection on the back of the lighter, or the ground case around it is loose or corroded. For the horn, it could be the horns, the relay, the black wire that goes to the steering column horn contact. or a broken wire between. Jumper a ground wire momentarily to the black wire marked in this picture (with connector still in place) and if the horn blows, your horns, relay, and wiring for it are good and the problem is toward the steering column. If it does not blow, it could be bad horns or bad relay, or bad grounds on the horn, or poor connection in the wiring.
