[C2] Wiper arm question

Wiper arm question
On my 67 L79, the wipers were turned on in error, wiped out then upon wiping back, got tangled in each other (no damage). Obviously one should be adjusted higher than the other. Which is on top? How much separation when they are parked should there be?
I just got new blades and will be installing them. I also want to adjust the arm position of them to be correct and not interfere with each other when wiping.

Joe,
I think you can see how the wiper blades are positioned from the pics. I will try to get a better shot in a little bit as I drove the car today. Pretty sure the passenger side is above the driver side by about an inch or so.
