Default '54 Radiator Support Bracket

My '54 was recently restored and I think the restoration shop didn't secure the top of the radiator support bracket to the car. There is a hole on each side of the radiator bracket that looks like there should be a bolt (See the attached photos). There is some play in the radiator support and, because the hood hinges attach to the radiator support, I've found that it can be difficult to close the hood properly. Can any '54 owners verify that there should be bolts installed and what size they are? Thanks in advance for the help.

Yes
There is a fiberglass piece that is missing
It is bonded to either side of the core support and the core support is bolted to the upper surround
There is 6 bolts across the nose ( If I remember correctly)
These bolts also have 3 clips attached to them for the horn wiring harness

It is bolted aross the top - I use WB1C bolts / washers / lock washers etc...
Here is a photo of a core support I built
Your missing the top part
It slides inbetween the RH and LH core support parts - it is bonded in

Thanks so much Chris. If you have any pics that would be very helpful. BTW...its hard to tell in the diagram you sent but I'm wondering if I also need the two bonding straps (items 13 in the diagram).
