1953-54 Corvette Model
Probably no one had ever heard of this but in the early 1950's there was a model of the 53-54 Corvette. It was bigger then 1/18 scale. It had a radiator you could put water in and the wheels came off. My uncle had one and I remember it being on his China cabinet. My cousins remember this model but they now my age 73 have no idea what ever happend to it. Does any of you older guys remember such a model?

I remember having a model 53 Vette, it was 1/6 scale. I had assembled all the plastic pieces and it even had a cloth interior that I glued to the seats. Then I had to wire the electric lights up. I can’t remember how detailed the engine was but I do remember the steering wheel turned the wheels. I think I got it for Christmas in 1958.
